General Surgery

In an effort to save time and increase efficiency, the Division of General Surgery is now accepting referrals electronically via the Ocean eReferral Platform. The Division of General Surgery at London Health Sciences Centre has been moved over to the Ocean eReferral system and we would prefer all new patient referrals to be sent via this platform. 
The goal of the division is to receive all new patient referrals for hernia, gallbladder and colonoscopy through central intake via the Ocean eReferral platform. 
While we understand not all physicians are using the Ocean eReferral platform, we are encouraging you to register with Ocean eReferral. During this transition period, we will accept requests via email to [email protected] or fax to 519-685-8273 (please be sure to use the new forms linked below)
